A Taste of Fall at Bowriders Grill

There’s something special about enjoying a great meal with the water just steps away. At Bowriders Grill, we’re making those moments even better with a fresh collection of new menu items, seasonal ingredients, and creative combinations from Chef Mario.
The latest menu brings together fresh flavors, satisfying favorites, and a few new dishes worth coming back for. From maple-glazed salmon and thoughtfully layered sandwiches to seasonal salads, grain bowls, and a little something sweet, there’s plenty to discover on your next visit.
Fresh Ingredients, Thoughtful Combinations
Chef Mario’s latest additions put fresh ingredients and balanced flavors front and center.
The Miso Maple Salmon Baguette brings together glazed salmon, a crisp cabbage, fennel and apple slaw, and lemon aioli, all served on a toasted baguette. It’s a fresh, flavorful combination with just the right balance of savory and bright.

For something hearty, meet The Dockfather is made with Zoe’s uncured pepperoni and salami, fontina, provolone, parmesan, dressed romaine, Mama Lil’s peppers, and served on toasted baguette, this sandwich has quickly earned a place among the new favorites. Named with a nod to legendary University of Washington football coach Don James and his famous nickname, the Dawgfather, it brings a little local personality to the menu.
Looking for a plant-based option? The Veggie, Sausage, and Peppers sandwich pairs Beyond mild Italian sausage with sautéed sweet peppers, onion, kale, roasted broccolini, and lemon aioli on toasted baguette. Add vegan cheese to make it fully vegan, or choose fontina for a traditional cheese option.
For grilled cheese fans, the Millennial Grilled Cheese brings a little more personality to a familiar favorite. Sourdough is layered with fontina, provolone, chèvre, kalamata olives, and Mama Lil’s peppers, then finished with a garlic herb parmesan crust. It’s a savory combination with plenty of character.
Seasonal Ingredients, Made Your Way
The new menu also makes room for fresh, satisfying options that work just as well for a lighter lunch as they do for a full meal.

The Winter Salad brings together organic winter greens, roasted beets, citrus, crimson pear, chèvre, and pepitas. A fresh combination of seasonal ingredients, with a balance of sweet, savory, and bright flavors.
The Salmon Skewers are served with wild rice, Bluebird farro, and autumn vegetables. Choose blackened or miso maple salmon to make it your own.
The Autumn Grain Bowl brings together wild rice, Bluebird farro, autumn vegetables, apple, fennel, and kale. Add vegan sausage or salmon for a little extra substance.
We’ve also updated our salad options. Guests can now add salmon prepared grilled, blackened, or miso maple, making it easy to find a combination that fits your appetite.
A Few New Reasons to Save Room
Of course, a great meal deserves a great finish.
The new Loaded Fingerling Potatoes bring together bacon, cheddar, sour cream, and chive for a satisfying side that is easy to share.
And for dessert, the Caramel Apple Bread Pudding is a seasonal favorite in the making. Made with brioche, salted caramel, soft whip, and pepitas, it brings together familiar autumn flavors in a warm, comforting finish.
